Luckily, there's a simple solution. Just head to your iPhone's Settings app, go to General, and scroll down to Reset. Tap the 'Reset Network Settings' button, re-connect to your Wi-Fi (if applicable), and head back to Cydia. You should find that everything works again.

How to fix Cydia Errors - NetDB, Unable to locate file iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad YouTube
As Cydia is still in early development stages, a lot of users are getting weird errors. Here’s how you can fix the “Half-Installed Package” error on iOS 11-11.1.2.
What causes the Half-Installed Package error?
Cydia generally throws this error when you try to install an incompatible tweak. Users received this error message when they tried to install tweaks like Phantom Lite among others.
Here’s what this error message looks like.
When the shell scripts associated with packages fail, they are left in a bad state known as either half-configured or half-installed. These errors don’t go away and instead continue to cause issues. These scripts can be deleted and the package forcibly removed.
Developers are steadily rolling out updates for their tweaks. However, some of them are yet to push an update to BigBoss and other repositories.
Until that happens, you can try any of the fixes given below.
Fixing Half-Installed Package error on iOS 11-11.1.2
Method 1
Step 1 Tap Ignore (Temporary) when Cydia displays this message.
Step 2 Go to the Installed section.
Step 3 Navigate to the Recent tab and tap on the tweak you want to uninstall.

Cydia Stuck On Preparing File System
Step 5 Press Remove to uninstall the desired tweak.
If you are not able to install the package using this method, try the following fix.
Method 2
Cydia Stuck On Loading Data
Step 1 Open FilzaEscaped file manager. You can download it from this link if you don’t have it already.
Step 2 Navigate to this location – /Library/dpkg/info.
Step 3 Delete all the tweak files that you are unable to remove. For example, you must remove the following files if you want to remove Phantom (Lite)
- com.cokepoke.phantom.postrm
- com.cokepoke.phantom.postinst
Step 4 Repeat “Method 1” now and manually remove the buggy package.
